This app isn't free to use! Every order you place has an extra service fee alongside the price of your item. It's more than enough to cancel out any "rewards" you "earn". Also, watch out for the tip that is automatically selected for you on every new order. Shady business for sure. Moe's: Having an app is a cost of doing business, don't charge your customers for it. And maybe consider paying your employees a living wage instead of pickpocketing your customers for tips.

Difficult to navigate. It's unintuitive to look for the qr code after selecting a location and starting an order, this makes no sense for using the app in person at a Moe's location. Unable to add items to my cart when trying to do an online order because the app performs slowly and constantly refreshes when choosing options for a menu item. Wanted to get food here, but this app made it impossible. Very disappointing.

Consistently run into issues trying to place orders through this app. It struggles to load, will sometimes refresh halfway through an order making you restart, and today it told me the location I was trying to place an order at was temporarily closed - I drove to the restaurant and it was open. Overall it's just easier to wait in line and order in person.
